2 large cloves of garlic minced
1 small red bell pepper
1 small yellow onion
1 zucchini
2 can of sardines in olive oil
1 teaspoon of grey salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground celery seed
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.
1 lemon
bunch of chopped fresh parsley
1 Hass avacado sliced
Cut onion, pepper and zucchini into long thin strips (julienne style).
Saute garlic in pan until soft.
Add veggies and saute for 2 min.
Add sardines with black pepper, celery seed, and lemon juice.
Saute together for another 2 min.
Plate and sprinkle with grey salt and chopped parsley.
Add avacado slices
